Blood Orange Degustation

For $75pp this is a dinner unlike any other. Inspired by the juicy tanginess of seasonal blood oranges, with origins across Italy's famous jagged coastline. Head Chef, Nicole Bampton, has collaborated with local provider Red Belly Citrus and Italian liqueur maker Solerno to create a unique Mediterranean tasting menu that is full of bold twists and flavoursome pairings.
