Cudgegong Valley Olive Oil Tasting

Celebrate 'New Season Oils' straight from the olive press with our partners, Cudgegong Valley Olives. The evening begins with an Olive Oil tasting showcasing the delicate notes of the new season oils.


After the tasting, enjoy a three-course dinner inspired by olive oil - each dish has an olive oil component that suits that course. Break freshly baked focaccia with locally sourced dipping oil to start the dinner for $59pp, excluding wine.
