You will need to have proven section skills, be quick paced and enthusiastic, as well as a natural way with people. Needed for four days, five shifts: Thursday & Friday Dinner, Saturday Double & Sunday Lunch.

Full time Chef de Partie
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Chef de partie to join our small passionate team. Work alongside passionate and experienced chefs creating seasonally driven dishes using quality produce, in a fast paced and fun environment.

The role offers the flexibility of a rotating roster, 8- 9 shifts per week, spread between Tuesday - Sunday, allowing for nights off and improving work/life balance.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in a Chef de Partie role

• Excellent communication skills in the English language

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Relevant degree or tertiary qualification
