Capriccio Osteria didn’t just open its doors, it planted roots. Since 2015, this kitchen has been feeding the Inner West with something it didn’t know it was missing: the kind of Italian cooking that takes its time, tells a story, and never cuts a corner. Michele Rispoli brought this vision to life with three generations of hospitality in his bones, turning a simple idea into one of the most cherished dining rooms in the neighbourhood.
