Frequently asked questions
eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to become valid, so they may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. We recommend buying in advance if you have a specific date in mind.
Gift Cards can only be used for purchases at Capriccio Osteria. They cannot be redeemed at any other venue or exchanged for cash.
Yes. Gift Cards expire a certain number of months after issue. Please check your card details for the specific expiry date and use it before then.
Yes. You can purchase up to $2,000 in value or 10 Gift Cards per transaction. If you need more, you'll need to complete a separate transaction.
Yes, a postage fee applies to Physical Gift Cards to cover delivery. eGift Cards do not incur a postage fee, as they are sent electronically.
No. Gift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, re-sold, or bartered for cash under any circumstances.
You may be required to produce proof of identification when redeeming your Gift Card. If you're unable to provide identification, Capriccio Osteria may decline to accept the Gift Card as payment until ID can be produced.
