Founded by Michele Rispoli, a third-generation hospitality professional from Positano on Italy’s Amalfi Coast, Capriccio was built on a singular vision: to bring the warmth, authenticity, and soul of southern Italy to Norton Street and deliver Sydney’s finest Italian dining experience.
