Positions We Are Currently Seeking
Part-Time Food Runner
We are looking for an enthusiastic food runner with strong communication skills and the ability to carry plates confidently in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic entry point into the hospitality industry and a great opportunity for those just beginning their career in the field.
Full-Time Section Waiter
We are seeking experienced section waiters who can manage tables with ease, engage guests with warmth, and thrive in a high-energy service environment. You will need proven section skills, a naturally people-focused approach, and the kind of enthusiasm that keeps a dining room moving. This role covers four days and five shifts: Thursday and Friday dinner, Saturday double, and Sunday lunch.
Full-Time Chef de Partie
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team. You will work alongside experienced chefs creating seasonally driven dishes using quality produce in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The role offers a rotating roster of 8 to 9 shifts per week, spread across Tuesday to Sunday, giving you genuine work-life balance alongside a fulfilling kitchen career.
What We Look For
At Capriccio, we value people who bring both skill and heart to what they do. For our Chef de Partie role specifically, the following requirements apply:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chef de Partie role
- Excellent communication skills in the English language
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure
- A relevant degree or tertiary qualification in hospitality or a related field
For front-of-house positions, a positive attitude, genuine love for hospitality, and the ability to work well within a close-knit team are what matter most to us.
